Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking numbers provided once your order is fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International orders: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $50.

• Orders under $50 will be charged based on USPS standard rates.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NaturathaiJG is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses, postal service delays, or customs issues. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.
