All NaturathaiJG products are cosmetics as defined under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). They are intended solely to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or alter the appearance. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no such claims are made.
Thailand FDA Notification
NaturathaiJG products are notified with Thailand's Food and Drug Administration (Thailand FDA) under Notification No.: 12-1-6800026531 and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in Thailand. As cosmetic products, they are not required to be registered with the U.S. FDA prior to sale in the United States. All products are fully compliant with U.S. cosmetic regulations under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA).
Ingredient Transparency
All ingredients are listed on product packaging in descending order of predominance, in accordance with U.S. cosmetic labeling regulations (21 CFR Part 701). Ingredient names follow the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) system.
Allergen Notice
Some products contain botanical extracts, essential oils, and natural fragrances that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
